Blouse: Goodwill — Skirt: Gift — Tights: Target — Camisole: Ragstock — Shoes: Goodwill (Target) — Bracelet and earrings: Hand-me-downs

What up, folks! Happy Monday! Let me tell you about my weekend to distract you from the fact that I tore a hole in my tights right before taking these pictures.

There was…a lot of sitting, actually. We watched The Big Lebowski, Wet Hot American Summer, and Duck Soup, among other things; classics, all.

Also cooking: tacos, baked tuna steaks, and Braden’s dad’s recipe for amazing pancakes. I was going to meet up with some people for a friend’s birthday dinner, but said birthday girl got sick, so we’re going to have to meet up another time. Feel better, Zoe!

In other news, my computer is semi-working; it freaks out when I try to get pictures off the camera, so some non-outfit content may be coming up this week. I’m up to twelve books read for the year so far, so that may include a review or two! Also, I promise I’m still writing letters–I’ve gotten such awesome and funny letters, you guys are great! Don’t despair if you haven’t gotten anything yet, it’s just my fault for being busy and slow and running out of stationary.

Bonus: this was going to be an outtake, but I’m really enjoying my unfocused, cheerful expression. This is what I look like when I see cake.

Catch you all later, you human paraquats!

  1. So, I am new to you blog (saw the mention in World as Home’s blog) and can I just say you are much too cute!

And I LOVE the blog name, kind of jealous I didn’t think of it myself!

  2. Your cake face is killing me.

I don’t know if I’ve said this before, but I really adore you in poofy sleeves. They just sit right on you, and give you a super femme bounce.

  3. Oh no! I hate it when I destroy tights… it happens all too frequently. I still love this top. And you expression in the last photo is fantastic. I feel like I only have two expressions: slight smile and looking at feet. I need to experiment more.
