Dress: Desigual — Sandals: Dansko — Belt: Thrifted — Hat: Target — Earrings: Charming Charlie

Oh good, we’re getting into the time of year when I get really nice and sweaty for outfit pictures.

I mean, this time I was extra sweaty because I’d just taken Flat Tire for a little walk around the backyard during the hot part of the day, but don’t worry, the sweatiness will continue unabated.

Should I talk about something other than sweat for a change? I got this dress at the same Desigual in Ljubljana as the tee I wore the other day, and I was v. excited to wear it because it is pretty as shit. I’ve already worn just about everything I bought myself during the trip, because I am not good at patience or waiting.

Basically, I am like a small child. A small child with a taste for sundresses.

Happy weekend, everybody!

Shirt: Desigual — Pants and bangle: Thrifted — Shoes: eBay (Eleanor Grosch for Keds) — Earrings: Etsy

This may be one of my favorite outfits so far this year, guys. I dunno.

I mean, I’ve been excited to wear these ridiculous floral pants once the weather got warm enough since I thrifted them last winter.

Add in this equally-ridiculous shirt I got from Desigual in Ljubljana (the day that Mom and I got rained on), and it’s pretty much perfect Mia chaos.

Some brightly-colored accessories never hurt nobody, either. Well, maybe they have, but if that’s true I don’t want to hear about it.

I’ve really been into bright daffodil yellow lately, and lamenting my wardrobe’s relative lack of it. My love will have to be expressed largely through accessories!

Could yellow possibly be bumping orange aside as my favorite color? Hmm.

Then again, they play so nicely together. And with green too. Heck, every color is basically my favorite, especially when I wear them all at once.

Dress: Field Day — Tank top: Target — Flats: American Rag — Necklace: Thrifted — Earrings: Vendor on campus — Ring: Hallstatt, Austria

I got several compliments on this dress when I wore it to work last Thursday.

It kind of made me laugh, because I’ve worn it to work before several times! I’ve had it for almost a year and this is the first time anyone’s commented on it!

Not that I’m about to reject their compliments, mind you–I just thought it was funny, and certainly unexpected.

Who can credit why people say things when they do?

Not me. (I’m not human, after all.)

On another note, I’ve got new glasses! Can you even tell? They’re slightly larger than my old ones, but otherwise pretty similar. Although they do have “DKNY” on the sides in silver and I’m trying to decide just how much that bugs me…

Dress: eBay (Aryeh) — Shorts: Thrifted — Sandals: 6pm.com (Dansko) — Necklace: DIY — Bracelet: World Market

Hellooooooo, sick day! I promise I wasn’t as excited about it as I sound here.

After taking some time to rest, I needed to run errands, so I threw on the most comfortable non-pajama-based outfit I could and headed out.

(My maxi dress was in the wash, but this was almost as good.)

Admittedly, the necklace and bracelet weren’t on for very long, but they did lift my spirits. I’m mostly on the mend today, so who’s to say they didn’t help?

Sweatshirt: Printa in Vienna — Skirt: Leah’s free pile — Boots: eBay (Steve Madden Troopas) — Socks: Sock Dreams (Heather Socklings in Plum) — Earrings: Gift — Ring: Monterey Bay Aquarium

Remember when I used to do outfit pictures? Nah, me neither. Let’s try it again, together!

I got this kickass sweatshirt thing while clothes shopping in Vienna–Printa is headquartered in Budapest, where they do their screen printing, and the Hungarian store owner was JUST SO EXCITED to show me all his cool one-of-a-kind stuff. I’ve been wanting more purple in my wardrobe anyhow! I didn’t expect to be able to wear it when I got home–May is usually the beginning of everything-is-on-fire season in our part of California–but we lucked out with a coolish, overcast day, so I managed to fit it in.

It’s nice to be taking outfit pictures again! I missed that while on vacation. And I missed YOU ALL, TOO. Awwww.
